I still have some bad dreams from my accident last year. If they reoccur have a word with your doc and he will give you something to help you sleep better. |

Usually fearful dreams result from real life probs in the day even tho they don't seem related.
From experience - not any other knowledge - try not to go down the precscription med route. Try a bit of counselling first - Maybe a bit of Congnitve Therapy or Linguistic Progamming / Life coaching.
Time heals a lot Just as well really cos the next prob is always just around the corner ...

had a sexy dream a couple of weeks ago, dreamed I was playing with a sexy lady, really got into it too, I can remember slowly undressing her. When I woke up I had taken the pillow cases off the pillows. |
