I love the "won't meet smokers" who message me and then when I point out that I smoke (even though it says on my profile that I smoke) the response I get is either "oh does it, I need to change that" or "its ok, I dont mind" or "oh I smoke as well but I put that on my profile because some people won't meet smokers".

All profiles say smoker or non smoker,most people who.are non smokers will say on there page they prefer not to meet smokers.I personally read all. Profiles then I know the persons preferences,I would simply pass them by if they don't like,not a problem to me |

Sooooooo.. whining about it in a forum didn't waste even MORE time than doing a proper search? Oh! READING profiles is SOO tiresome.. This thread hints that you may be lazy in bed or want it served up to you.. I mean, if you can't even be bothered to read or search??
(btw when I used to smoke, I didn't want to meet smokers either. Showered, washed hair & wouldn't smoke..just felt gross to me to show up stinky.  |

We clearly have that Mrs flirty smokes but still get messages from Couples that have will not meet smokers when we point out she smokes nearly always same answer so do one of them

we have had the same, they even said when we met that they were so pleased we smoked, but no mention of it on their profile, swinging is all about honesty, we didnt meet them again. |

I have it on my profile that I smoke. I have had messages from guy/couples asking about meeting. I've replied stating that they would meet with me as I smoke & they state won't meet smokers. I someti=mes get the reply of bring mints or chewing gum & others that say I don't mind someties.
I personally think that they do it in the hope of getting more chance to meet if they say they don't smoke therefore won't meet smokers.
It doesn't bother me. My FB doesn't smoke but he doesn't objec to me smoking. xx |

As a smoker, I used to meet smokers. Not once did they know or realise I were a smoker...
Now as a non smoker, I will meet smokers if they are considerate. The last meet I had wasn't. He would go outside, smoke his cig and come back in wanting a snog. Eeeww, I don't think so....  |

I have 'won't meet smokers' on mine for a very simple reason! I started smoking at 13 years of age and have been off the for 2 years.
Smelling smoke still gives me a kick, kissing a smoker gives me a kick and I really do not need that kind of temptation. Saying that, if the person is considerate, attractive and we hit it off, I may reconsider. I never say never and keep my options open! |

(Him)Has an allergy to formaldehyde, a by product of smoking(I am a reformed smoker) so he is not able to meet smokers. When this is on our profile we still get pestered by smokers who will not take that as a reason because you suit what they are looking for and they are horny. |

We've had messages from - and met people who "won't meet smokers".
Like everything it's a preference - but as is commonly found preferences can have all kinds of flexibility - age, gender, interests, sexuality and yes - smoking!
It's one of those things we don't get worked up about at all. Our profile clearly states that A smokes and F doesn't, and that our regular hotel we use for most meets has smoking rooms which we use!
If 'won't meet smokers' folk are happy to bend their rules to meet us - it causes us no issues. if they choose not to - likewise we don't worry! All we can do is give people enough info to make up their own minds.
That said - we've met several non smokers who've lit up either at a social meet at a pub or in the room between fun. Does it bother us they fib on their profile? Not a bit! |

Ive met some smokers who have smoked at least 5 fags in a hour and they were a couple so nearly 10 fags between them, and they have absolutely reek of smoke, yet ive met some that are maybe social smokers and i can barely tell they smoke. Id not meet the former but no problems with the latter. |

That's actually very considerate of the smoker. If your only meeting for a couple of hours, I'm sure they'll be too busy to smoke anyway. It's the ones that have a smoke then come and leech all over you wanting kisses and snogs.. It's inconsiderate, nasty and bloody gross! |

I'm a non-smoker and recently met a man who said he didn't smoke. We got on socially very well, and I was already planning our play meet.
When we parted we kissed and I nearly vomited in his mouth. I couldn't smell smoke on him and he didn't have bad breath but I could taste it: awful.
He admitted he smoked but hadn't smoked that day hoping I'd not noticed. He joked that he could always use Listerine, doubt it would make a difference.
I think smokers are delusional if they think not smoking for a couple of hours makes a difference: it doesn't. |

My hair never smells on basis I ain't got any BUT I can appreciate non smokers DON'T like it cos it does linger in clothes and on mouth when u snog

I state I don't meet smokers, I meet someone who claims not to smoke but when I kiss him the taste of nicotine almost makes me vomit in his mouth but I'm being critical?!!

Ive done that many times Not a problem to me,if kept busy x also if me smoking was a problem i would hope that they would tell me as i have never had a smoking conversation to this day,and met Numerous Non smokers,most say if you fancy a fag this is where you can.if they say that they cant be that borhered that I do
That's the key though. Some people will overlook anything, their own principles included for a shag...then they come back and start forum threads about a meet who smoked like a chimney/smelt like Grimsby fish docks/looked like Methuselah's mother but they fucked her anyway!

Being critical is an oppinion thats all, in not affended by anything posted today,ive already said it had opened my eyes as a smoker,thats all, i dont mind comments abt respotory clinics and bad breathe x at the end of the day it my choice to smoke,peoples choice weather to meet me, |

I don't go to church I'm a smoker, I went once looking for the holy smoke that they keep on about but I just got drenched in holy water and told to get out, lol
