For anyone in the Manchester area.
So far tonight 12 false fronts have been found on cash machines including 2 where I work.
Information so far is that a team of at least 7 suspected of driving round fitting them in various locations.
If you do go to withdraw money tonight just be careful!!!!! |

"Good go know thanks Rusty ... are they fitting cameras or full card reading fronts? "
The 2 we found were fake fronts with iPhones fitted inside recording through a spy hole and a card reader |

"That's a lot to be fitted in one night.
"
It's all assembled before hand. They'll then start the record feature on the iPhone then just slot the fake front over the cash machine.
After a couple of hours they'll come back and retrieve it. |

"I try to he watchful and observant at atms but tbh dont have a clue as to what to look for. What do these devices look like."
Best way to view would be to google search. |

Most of them are just a strip glued across the card slot which once you put the card in it'll stop it coming back out.
Then they just attach a small thin camera/iphone on the flat panel above the key pad recording you enter your pin.
They'll then come and retrieve your card check the recording for your pin and empty as much out of your account as they can. |
