The talentless "judging" the talentless.

Louis Walsh? FFS.

There a limit of believability even for dumbo telly, surely!

That guy has more talent in his little finger than the rest of his whole body.

You've got a nerve ITV! Grrrrrr!

Does that make my thoughts on this mess of a programme any clearer?

Not struck on the retro format, not half as entertaining without the backing music and the theatre audience.

Reckon this stage will get the lowest _iewing figures of all the series.

It seems to be more a vehicle for the judges than the acts.

Not for me. I watch telly to be entertained and informed. Watching delusional people being ridiculed and desperate teenagers spouting "this is my life, this is my dream I can't do anything else" saddens me.

Like big brother its a massive fix. Everything is pre written months in advance and its a waste of tv _iewing. Channels claim they haven't got the money to make good films/tv series anymore. I am not surprised as look at the amount of money these so called "actors" get. I say "actors" as its not about the singing. Its about who can read their script best. "Jokes" are predictable and not funny. Plus to really hypocritical as they claim its a family show. Yet over the last few years. They have brought a lot of sexual innuendos to the show and they also talk about it whilst the kids are in front f them on stage. Poor celebrities, poor show and if they don't sort it soon. Itv will have a record for being a poor channel too.

When they stop showing football/rugby that's when it will be the worst channel. Hopefully the other channels can buy the full rights soon and the channel will just go.

Everyone with sense knows its auto tuned. Only in about 2001 did they have singers on the show. I just say cancel the show. Too much reality shit where non talent people earn millions just through commercialisation. No wonder why so many people are brain dead of they are watching itv shit and channel 5 shit. They should get back to their day jobs and not making shite like this.

Wow......it's not as if it's compulsory to watch any TV programme yet here you are getting all hissy about the show.

If there is anything I don't particularly want to watch on TV I simply turn it over to one of the dozens of alternatives, or turn the TV off completely.

What I can't find the time for is to get all wound up and upset about any TV show....what a waste of time.

My Dad won a singing show years ago on tv . He would sing in the Army too, so its all close to my heart . I think its lovely people have a way of showing they can sing and have this show...... over the years had some very good ones come out of this show ... some made it some have not .In all things in life we have to take the good with bad and some are not for me ..but some are and lovely when you see them change over the weeks and months and years .

I hate it when people say "if you don't like it, don't look". Firstly some people may live with people who like it. So its always going to be on in the background. Secondly its all over the newspapers and the Internet. Not to mention social networking sites.

If bands/singers were that good. They would be touring the world. Not relaying on some arrogant guy to offer them a temporary contract which lasts for about a year. Many of the greats have criticise the show and I think they know more about the business than these people. They don't know the music business. Just how to manipulate people into giving them money and buying shitty merchandise.

I don't watch the show, I manage to ignore it easily enough, it doesn't take much effort.

It doesn't appear in any newspapers I read nor does it get mentioned on the news channel I watch.

You are over exaggerating its impact.

Quite high I would think if you've a) been on before and b) been selected by the producers to be followed.

Who would have thought TV show producers would stage/ produce a show to get people interested in it and talking about it so they can make money from it.
