Seeking Solace

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I've just opened a new tub of Lurpak Lighter. The foil bit on top said "seek solace in cauliflower cheese".

It's an objectionable message on lots of levels but it has made me think about where we seek solace.

Where do you seek solace?

I wish I could be all deep and philosophical here.. I do try to spend time in quiet contemplation but the truth is I find solace in many places...friends,food, alcohol, and yes even in gratuitous sex.

I spend lots of time in deep thought, trying to control the things I can. I've had a very traumatic week with finding some terrible things out and I have sought solance in jay and my inner self. Some things are hard to come to terms with though
