My best suggestion,,,
Rehydration,, drink water not tea or coffee,, ( rehydration salts if you ve got them) watered down fruit juice my preferred choice pineapple, paracetamol if required,
If you know you re going large mix the re hydration salts before you go out consume before going to sleep that way you re re hydrating as you sleep,,
