Would an elastic band do the job as I can't imagine where I could get a real one as I'm sure boots don't sell them? .... do they? And I refuse to shop online after I was scammed for a lot of money once. |

Do not use an elastic band it is too thin and will do some damage as the small blood vessels will burst.
