When you are nervous?

I have a second interview tomorrow. all prep work done, ans fully prepared.

However I feel nervous about it, so know I wont sleep well.

How do you cope when nervous?

You need some nerves to keep you sharp so its not necessarily a bad thing, Good luck by the way with it.

I am normally very good. Turn the light out and i go off straight away.

But when I'm nervous the energy just gets me!

Have a wank! Ask any woman how quick a guy drops off after he has unloaded.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Listen to some soothing music in bed and try and get some rest, even if it's not sleep.

Good luck.

I average about 4 hours a day which doesn't help doing 12 hour night shifts.

All the best!! I find that taking 'Calm' tablets takes the edge off. You can find them in supermarkets.
