I'm having a boob job in 5 week's time - going from a B to a D cup - any tips or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated from those of you lovely ladies who have gone under the knife  |

Well normally id say go to a few consultations and research your surgeon before you book but as you are going in 5 weeks I guess you already did.
Be prepared to not be the size you want. No surgeon can guarantee an implant will take you from one size to another. I was told ill prob be a c cup after mine and I'm a DD. my friend had bigger implants than me and ended up
A size smaller.
Arnica and bio gel are great!
And ignore the haters. If you want them done for whatever reason its your body go for it! Best thing I ever did xx |

No one knows the OP's reasons for wanting them done. People assume its just to have bigger boobs but for some people they are truly affected by their breasts and it helps a lot with their confidence. I was one of them, I was told by my doctor I could probably get mine done on the NHS but even though mine affected me greatly i saved up the money and went private .
And they don't always look like that at all. People's perspective of 'fake' boobs comes from porn and glamour models and celebs who go OTT with them. A good surgeon should aim for them to look as natural as possible unless the patient wants the fake look. I used to be a moderator of a cosmetic surgery forum in the breast augmentation section and most normal people's boob jobs look great! |

im lucky enough to have been blessed naturally so totally understand how and why you may want a boob job. good luck to you. all I heard is for a few weeks avoid cheap bras that don't support  |

Thats all good, but your boobs do look false, as in not real, but if your happy thats all well and good.  |

Good luck with it. And don't listen to the snide comments. You know your reasons and it's your choice. A friend of mine had a nose job a few years ago and I didn't think she needed one as I thought she was beautiful as she was. However after the op the difference in her confidence was incredible and it had a positive impact on all area's of her life.

Funny - as I've met a couple of girls in the past who i didn't realise had them - despite several hours of up close and personal fun - and only knew once they'd told me!
And I've never failed an eye test and my sense of touch works pretty well too! |

My wife had them done a couple of months ago and they look great. 490cc cohesive silicon implants took her from a B to a DD. There was some post operative pain but worth. It wasn't so much about the size but reversing the effects of breastfeeding 3 children. |

I had mine done 2 years ago, best thing I ever did (want them done again) I went from a b to an f. My surgeon was one of the best, I went with the hospital group. Like already stated arnica tablets and bio oil. My boobs look and feel 100% real my surgeon and I agreed on the natural look. Mine went under the muscle. Don't listen to the haters you do it for you and ignore any comments about them looking fake, I know so many people with implants and the only ones that look fake are the ones that wanted them that way. It does hurt after, it was my binder, as it pushed my boobs down to make them look natural once they set in place. Good luck I'm sure you'll love them. Xx |
