Last month is down to 3014. I fear we will have to accept the figure at midnight on the closing day and leave it at that.
It's like those sales targets I used to have back when computers first went into colour. I met the target at the end of the month and then the clients would adjust their orders.
I've done my best this month. Never have I had so many threads where I am the only one contributing.

It's not 37 though. We need at least 50 to ensure that those that get moved up at 00:01 don't break the 3000 before we get to savour it.

But is this not just more management bullshit??
If Soxy expects us to better the target every month on the same meagre resources then it'll get to the point where people will be exhausted and the quality of our work will suffer.

Soxy knows that there is and always will be newbies ready to post that they can't get a meet, need their profile looked at or that everyone is in a clique and excluding them.
It's like temporary labour. You can concentrate on the specialist, even artisan, posts that people hold out for while they act as cheap breadsticks before the meal arrives.
