"... well mine started with a win on a scratch card = £777 quid better off today .. "
Congratulations
The best thing about today for me, is the fact its the day before tomorrow, and tomorrow is the start of the weekend! |

Busy sorting out stuff (washing and putting away) from my holiday with two children. Spending the last day before he goes back to school with my oldest. Then a 'meet' as soon as I've dropped him off in the morning. But that's tomorrow (soz). Also back at work tomorrow afternoon.
So for the moment just enjoying quality time with my son |

"yay school term starts tomorrow and I can get my life organised again ( I tend to let things slip a little :P)."
It's great to have more time with the kids but loads of stuff get left and subsequently needs doing at some point. |

OK. Well the less said about my opinions there the better. They make the access more focused than it was when I did it I believe. I did History and Sociology. And started Uni doing Religious, Social and Cultural studies. Ended up with a 2.1 in Soci: A second class degree from a second class uni. So glad i did it though. Only regret: I didn't do it 10 years earlier. |

Yeah, there are two routes now, the one I'm doing...Psychology, Sociology and Law plus the 3 core subjects of Maths, English and ICT (they let me get that module out of the way early, as I'd worked in IT for 25 years, so I did it in an afternoon !) and the one I'm not doing, which I can't for the life of me remember what it entails ! |

Other'll be study skills: how to write a bibliography, different types of reading, etc. I can talk soci until it's coming out of my ears. Ok at English too. You did well to get APL for IT. I was clueless when I strated |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
"I havnt opened the jar of nutella that keeps looking at me....."
Cover it over like a budgie in a cage and it won't look at you any more.
Turn on Breakfast at Tiffany's instead. George Peppard looking gorgeous and Audrey is, of course, divine.

"I will try that thanks. Maybe keep the nutella for after the gym
Or throw it out
I've never seen Breakfast at Tiffany's"
Well wait until it starts on +1 in 20 minutes. Watch just for the clothes and then enjoy it.

"I'm lying in bed having a dvd night. Not so good is that I'm here because my wounds infected and I'm in a lot of pain
That's not so good. Have they given you drugs and/or a drain?"
Drain came out last week. Meant to be getting staples out but it's just too infected. Was given 80 antibiotics and strong painkillers, it's painful to move. I'll just have to keep taking the tablets and make demands on the kids...how many times do you reckon they can run up and down the stairs? lol |

I make the boys do that to wear them out when the weather is bad. We managed 25 before they gave up.
