I've been a veggie my whole life, I tried being vegan but found giving up cheese too hard.
Being vegan has got a little easier with supermarkets stocking things like nut milk (who laughed at the back when I said nut milk) so you won't have to have cerial with water
Good luck and you will be amazed at how good you feel |

I’ve been an Lacto-oco vegetarian since 1983 (But not for moral reasons I hasten to add)
However over the years, I’ve had many discussion with “Vegans” about the moral issues and practical problems associated with their lifestyle, and it seems pretty clear to me there is huge difference in the amount of effort required to maintain the lifestyle between Ethical Vegans compared to that of Dietary Vegans..... |

Omg would rather be thrown in a pool filled with vinegar and razor blades. I can not live without the following milk in my coffee, full English for Saturday brunch, steak or cheese. |

Been veggie for ages and ages. Diet wise I unfortunately have many pitfalls: snacks like crisps and cheese (no not knob cheese either!) and good old booze.
Good luck to you though |

"Thanks. Wanna get my bmi down so this seems like the best way to cut out the crap "
Why not just try a sensible diet and excersise ?
Fish and turkey are very low in calories.

"Definitely not me. I love a good bit of steak.. "
Me too. I'm going away for the weekend to a steak themed lodge in Warwickshire called The Lazy Cow. They serve 50oz Argentinean steaks!
I'll be thinking of this thread when I'm tucking in... |

I just cut out all sugar completely when I diet, including anything sweet too like sweetner, honey, dried fruit etc. Big smoothies for brekkie (banana, milk, oats and nuts).
This way U can't eat anything processed or ready made, so simple to follow. I'm not a scales dieter so don't know if I lose weight but I look slimmer and feels less sluggish and 'dirty' |
