Are men put off if a woman has a tattoo? I've recently had 1 on my back and have noticed that 3 friends have now gone from my friend list. I'm not bothered by it and to be honest not even going to ask why they have. I'm just curious.  xx |

no...are people so shallow??pmsl..seriously weve had alot of messages saying how much they like them..good job too I currently have 20 and counting, gaz does the tattoos.. xx  |

Mrs T has about 6 tattoos in total. If others aren't keen on them that's their loss.
Doesn't really matter what someone else thinks about it as long as you like what you have |

I also have tattoos and cant say I have noticed anyone disliking me or being put off by them but I do guess there is a personal taste thing out there and like some women don't like tattoos I am sure there are some men that don't too xxxxx |

What makes you think it's the tattoo that's put them off?
Personally, I regularly clear out my friends list if either conversation has stopped/messages aren't getting replies or if it becomes clear that were not going to meet. |

I think that tattoos on women can look really sexy. I love kissing them. But they can look awful too, e.g tweetie pie on top of the boob. Sorry if any woman reads this and gets offended but that's my point of view. |

I love tats on men but although tats on young women look okay when they are young, personally, when i see mature women with them i just think they look awful. And we all have to grow old. Sorry x |

yeah tattos are great,them ones that run up say one side of ya body look hot jhot hot, not a fan of prison style tattoos though but the mrs likes tattoed guys covered in them, she must of spent too much time as a kid at the fair  |

Ive got a 1/4 sleeve, left thigh and foot, right leg goes up side from foot to side of boob, both shoulders, also a portrait on back, 1 on stomach and a tiny one on chest and no ive not had any bloke say it puts them off but everyone is each to there own x |

For me small ones are fine but when the skin looks like a large burn site (red) or extensive bruising (black) it is not so appealing.
I wondered why Cheryl Cole disfigured her lovely bum by that massive tattoo she had put on her lower back. |

Because when chtting i said I was thinking of having it done & when I put it up as profile pic they disappeared. Might just be coinsidence but I doubt it. I've not bothered to ask why. xx |

I had 3 orchids on my back between my shoulder blads with a K & D for my kids initials. It's not easily on show unless i choose to wear something that will reveal it. x |

I have 2 half sleeves, a full back piece and a large leg piece, I get mixed response about them, they a bit marmite I get some people tell me they're ugly and i've ruined myself, I've been told its a form of self harming and alsort's but ive also had people say things like its nice to see women with proper tattoo's lol
either way who care's its your body do you really care what people on here think? |

Thanks everyone. I am happy with what I've had done & have taken notice of the comment about it looking sore. It wasn't sore but was taken literally 5 minutes after it was done. It's itching a little now so will get a better one but on profile soon.

I love a tattoo on a woman, if it's a nice one and well done.
If it's a cheapo one that's craply done and is also a bog standard one picked off the wall when you walk in then they can look cheap which in turn makes the person look cheap and skanky.
I think location plays it's part too. The ex got one on her fore arm and I thought it looked terrible. I thought it made her look like a butch lesbian. Nothing against butch lesbians I just don't find them attractive. Tattoo's on necks or on your breast cleavage I don't particularly like either.
That said I've seen some very very nice ones on peoples breasts and arms but they were very well done and you could see it was a well thought out design and they looked very, very sexy.
No doubt some will moan at what I've said but that's my opinion which was asked for. I would also say you get what you pay for. If you pay 40 quid expect a crap tattoo. Hence the fact I've got 3 crap tattoo's  Thankfully not to big |

I don't have any simply because I don't like them on women . But it seems kinda pathetic to not meet someone because they had tattoos. I've met a lot guys with interesting tattoos , but greeny ones with ' I love Rose' etc don't really do it for me! |

I think tattoos can be very sexy. I'm not a big fan of them on the face neck and boobs but I wouldn't stop being friends with someone because of it. |

Quality tattoos on a woman are very sexy especially a full sleeve, but shit low quality ones that look like they were done on a mad weekend in Blackpool are a big turn off |
