Sinuses.....

Does anyone have any remedies for blocked sinuses (yuk I know). I've tried irrigation but it was just too painful...

Steam ya head. With or without menthol added (or Albas Oil).

Bowl of boiling water and a towel over the top and inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth.

Repeat as often as you like.

There is a spray you can get from the chemist and its a sea water one

It is brilliant

They also do a hayfever nasal spray that works too

Sudafed might do it - you can get the non-drowsy ones.

Thanks for the help, will try the spray I think. It's really driving me mad, I feel crappy and sound like I have a speech impediment!
