It's not for me but if someone has lost a lot of weight I can understand wanting to get rid of the excess folds.
If breasts are really large and causing problems I also understand having them reduced, and the same with reconstructing lost breasts.
I don't understand it (personally) to make yourself look "better" for cosmetic reasons. I don't like the look of fake breasts as I like the drop (and droop) of real tissue.
Plus I've had enough surgery for necessary reasons to not put myself through it for vanity reasons.
If someone has the money, can afford the upkeep without recourse to the NHS and is willing to take the risk then go for it. Adults should make their own decisions. |

I am currently saving up for the surgery and will be having it done by my 30th with my boobs I want them bigger!! But I like the natural shape of them! So I don't know!! As for my tummy it's the ugliest thing and I feel if I have it done I will have a lot more confidence I am having it done for me  |

I note the Competition Commission has today issued a report saying "most patients in UK private hospitals are paying more than they should for treatment because of a lack of local competition, an inquiry has found.
More than 100 private hospitals around the country are in areas with little rival healthcare provision."

Good luck!! Use bio oil on the scars as soon as the wound has healed (about a week after the op). Rub it in firmly for 15 minutes twice a day for 3 months. |

Just be careful with your boobs, they aren't small now and implants will add more weight and then gravity will take hold! Lol x |

I agree with this, your boobs look lovely as they are, like you say if you are getting your tummy done to boost confidence then great go for it, If it where me I would have the tummy done then decide on the boobs, but its what makes YOU happy and no one else. |

Not for me. I've had surgery for medical reasons and that scared the bejesus out of me. Wouldn't want to go through that for cosmetic reasons. |

If you do go ahead with the boobs visit a couple of surgeons to see what they recommend for your size, shape etc. if you want them done go for it just get all the info first. There are a couple of good websites with forums for info. Helped me loads when I had my op x |

Sorry not long been up so heads not ready for detailed response lol.
I understand if it's a reduction, corrective etc but when it's just people doing it cause they think they look better and they look like 2 balloons just stuck on a chest with a huge gap between them it just puts me off them. |

Yeah I have a slightly bigger gap than id like but had to have the implants under the muscle coz I didn't have enough tissue to cover the implant. They're a damn site better than they were though. Thank god! Lol x |

From your pics I wouldn't say they look fake and when I say gap I mean the ones when you can see the ribs between the boobs.

That's good to know. Tbh I'd of still preferred them if they were really fake looking over what I had before but i was very clear to the surgeon that I didn't want them looking overly fake ideally.
Anyway OP they're your boobs and if you want big uns then go for it. You'll probably be able to have over the muscle anyway so will retain a natural look . X |
