Big decisions?
I potentially got some big choices to make in the next month or so. I tend to try and make a list of pros and cons. But the final decision tends to boil down to gut instinct.
So do you have a process you go through when making decisions? |

If the decisions affect others then I will talk to them and get their views, with the caveat that the final decision still falls to me.
I do a little bit of playing out best and worse case scenarios. Set myself a deadline (if not externally imposed), sleep on it and then go with the one that feels the best choice.
