Dunno about you, but I find 'real life' boring, plus I always like to think of niche markets.
How about a retirement home for swingers? Vanilla out front, secure rooms for residents and a day centre for any swinger who wants to visit.

With some of the stories I have heard recently quite a few retirement communities are hot beds of sexual activity.
A few years ago the STI stats went up in Richmond, based on the sexual activities of older people in homes.

lol could be the one time men get out numbered by women, as they live longer then men.
I like the idea that there's a day centre open to general swingers. I think it'll keep everyone young at heart

i have discussed this with family for years( a nursing home) , if my family all put in we have all the trade skills needed from nurse ,consultant, to chef , just no bloody money to start it off xx |
