tbh i like a nice tikka mossala and some of the best i have ever had from a curry house was the next morning out of the fridge,if you do the job properly and wrap it in say a chipaty and then wrap that in silver foil so it doesn't go rubbery the flavour seems to be more alive,i think basically its marinated more |
