Some people come into your life for a reason, some for a season. Some stay there a life time while others do not.
What people have "stayed " in your life and what made them so special? |

Some seasons are longer than others.
I had two friends from secondary school days. We were close for 30 years before we drifted apart. I miss the closeness we had but I don't miss the feeling of obligation to an old friendship.

That is another really interesting topic - that feeling of obligation, where it stems from and when it is appropriate. |

Best mate didn't get on with his brother and didn't speak to him because of it but a mate of both of ours got us talking and never looked back he's just like a brother and now me and his brother get on really well now aswel  |

Cool - I have about 5 friends that go back to when I went to Grammar school and although I dont see them very often they are my best mates from those teenage years. And when we catch up - it is as if we have never been apart.  |

4 of us that have known each other over 20 years but don't see much of each other now and certainly not all at the same time went to a gig in London at the beginning of June. Can honestly say I haven't laughed that much in a very long time! X |
