In my teens I cheered myself up by shooting things.....once I even gave myself a good laugh by shooting my best friend

Now that I am old...and sad....I cheer myself up by sitting outside and enjoying the wonders of the natural world.....that and reading the obits |

Write down your thoughts on some paper, crunch them up and set the paper on fire...safely
Write down the good things you've experienced in life..things you appreciate in your past or things you're looking forward to in the future.
Exercise...a 20-30min jog or visit to the gym
Return home, have a long hot bath or shower..make yourself nice and smooth wherever required...
Watch something emotional, be it romance or comedy. I can recommend 'before sunrise'
Maybe end your evening in a long, slow, sensual wank..candles, lube, music and a half dry/half damp towel nearby so when you've reached the explosive end you can clean yourself up, remain in your bed and sleep your worries away.

I give myself an hour to feel sorry for myself and to reflect on the fact that it never changed my circumstances, let alone the way I felt about them. I have a friend I speak to regularly and we always get the bad news done with first before making an effort to cheer each other up.
She lives in the states and we regularly send each other little bits and bobs. Clothing, accessories, snacks, reads; last month she sent me a 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback emblem turned into a coat hanger. That made my week right after I got turned down after a job inter_iew. |

It does depend. But I have found running helps a lot. 30 mins and the head is clear.
If I'm able to I either have a chat with evie or even better stll just get a hug from her or my son. |

Honestly, I shop. And when I mean I shop, I shop til I drop lol. And I buy leather jackets lol.
