Latgest tomtoms don't have a reset button. You hold down the on button for a period exceeding 15 seconds to reboot it. Having said that, I see the OP has cleaned the screen and it now works |

I cant get my Tom Tom sat nav to work either but none of those "advices" work
The problem seems to be caused by leaving it in Switzerland when I came back to the UK  |
