For me its the Beatles and thats nothing to do with the face that I'm from Liverpool, I just think they where the greatest band ever, imagine the concerts they could have done if they had todays technology |

me either, My favorite band today is U2 "
Yeah I like some of their tunes. Some don't like the fact that Bono's a terrorist, but luckily, I'm not terroristist, so I live and let die |

One of my Favourite all time Tracks is Vide Cor Meum sung by Danielle de Niese
and used in the Opera seen in the Hannibal Movie and is based on one of Dante's Sonnets, it was also done by Catherine Jenkins.
The original one makes me cry some times
It's on you tube if you want to hear it ! |

Beatles Gal, Stones gan on a bit. But my claim to fame is that Chris Evans rang me up before opening his show with my choice of 19th Nervous Breakdown on Drivetime one Friday evening. I was well chuffed and rambled on about a leg of lamb I was gonna cook on the bbq that weekend when what I really wanted to say was I like most songs with a strong drum and bassline.. blew my 15 seconds of fame |

it would be interesting to see who would actually be number 1 when based on sales only and not airplay or requests on music channels |

oi, pinching my idea for a topic, grrrr.
erm, as I said before, for me it has to be The Rolling Stones, although The Beatles were good, they just don't do it for me, I always considered The Beatles to be aimed more at the girlies and The Stones more towards the lads. |
