At the moment it seems that the club scene, in the North West at least, is subject to a customer war! Looking through the listings there seems to be an event or party advertised almost everyday whether its a greedy girls, gang bang or themed party. Healthy competition in a small market? |

Really?? Sex is their product. Do you think that their offering different themes will affect your sex?? |

It's a very fine line between healthy competition and over kill.
On the plus side it keeps clubs on their toes and coming up with new ideas is always welcome.
On the down side if there are too many clubs all chasing a small market the customers get spread very thin, and you finish up with a lot of clubs just ticking over.
As most of us clubbers know, quite often the difference between a good and bad night at a club is the people that are there. Thin out the people too much and every night becomes a bad one. |

back to the opening post...
I dont see how diversity can be bad, people may be after different things so at least you find people may be catered....
the quality clubs will survive... and if that then raises the standards of others then good..... clubs dont survive because the quality isn't good enough, and people will eventually vote with their feet!
as long as competition doesn't become bad mouthing of clubs (as what happened in a "north west seaside resort") then you cant tell me there arent enough people to go around them all |

"no wonder some are closeing i dont go to many clubs but the price for a single man at most clubs is very high £50 in £25 membership "
The two clubs I've ever been two I wouldn't pay a fiver to go in.
Too many dingy shitholes giving the few decent establishments a bad name.

which I agree with... if the quality is there, people will go....
if the quality isn't there, people will go once and not go back....
people will like certain clubs more than others, but in the end if the quality and facilities are not there then clubs will struggle...
some people are prepared to put up with lower standards... some wont....
those clubs that are popular and those that have broken thru have invested in the facilities..... for example, Vanila Alternative.. Liberty Elite
clubs wont need to lower prices unless people vote with their feet... the popular clubs don't need to do that if they invest in making the good clubs better..... |

competition increases, choice, value and service, customers are very fickle, some stay with a brand, some chop and change, how can choice be a bad thing for the punters.
everything will find its own level, some will go bust, some will thrive. |
