Other half wants the manhood piercing, I'm dubious don't particularly like the look of it, plus very unsure about it rattling around on the teeth.

It wouldn't be possible to wear a PA that would damage a condom as it would do far more damage to the skin tissue.
If he has a PA he may never be able to pee straight again, and will have to sit and pee like a girl.
