am off to whitstable next week.
4 night in a caravan with 2 kids (8 and 2), a stupid dog, my mum and my nan - expect lots of frustrated posts from me next week 
so, what is there to do there? someone said about mackerel fishing and thought that might be fun for me and my nephew |

There really isn't a beach at Whitstable it's a shingle beach... You can go to the harbour and watch the fishing boats, there's Whitstable castle to visit and reculver ruins isn't to far! Also howletts zoo is nearby and wildwood isn't to far!
Whitstable has some lovely little independent shops to browse round! |
