With the exception of the last two, the very last being an irregular plural and not sure where you're coming from with the one before? these are homophones (pronounced the same but spelt differently and have different meanings).
Is crutch/crotch more a matter of phonetics/pronunciation? FTR 'Crotch' should be used when one is specifically referring to between someone's legs (probably of the most interest to us chaps then?). It's also the old English for crutch as used as an aid for walking and most commonly referred to as 'crutch' nowadays. Another example of how language is not fixed and static but forever evolving. Maybe people who whine about text-speak should take note. Do U C? " |

I think the then/than thing is people commonly using the wrong one, for example 'my lolly is bigger then yours'.

When referring to the area between the legs crotch (old English for crutch) should be used. But if you like to say crutch who am I to stop anyone? If it feels good do it and all that |

"I like looking at your crutch....
I think it probably started when BlondeCaz and fmuma made these sexcessories. People have been confused ever since. "
I was about to post that in one or two of my private pictures both my crotch and crutch are visible |
