"I've done it. Stops unwanted messages for a week if they think they can't get their leg over. "
Really?
Don't you just get flooded with "oh well - you can still nosh us off" type suggestions? |

"Amazes me how coy people can be about periods. We females all have them at some point, they're not exactly taboo."
Most people have had the runs at some point, would you announce that in a status?? |

what in heavens name is wrong when women feel it necessary to announce the arrival of their period to total strangers ...are women just pieces of meat here now ? more worrying i think is the mindset where women ASSUME they have to make excuses here for not dropping their knickers for any tom dick or harry who sniffs at them. |

I don't see theres a need to let anyone know unless they play all the time and need to mass communicate it to all and sundry so that they don't get inundated with offers all that week
Oh to be so popular that I must use my status to tell my hoards of playmates I have to have a few days off |

I guess we all use our status however we like and can post whatever we like on it. I have been known in the past to put it on my status if Mother Nature was visiting for exactly the reasons listed do that if people messaged they knew I wouldn't meet for a week and prevent wasted time.
As i'm not meeting currently I've found the easiest thing to do was just block all messages, that way again I don't waste anyone's time. |

What do you mean? Exactly.
Do you mean status updates ?
Do you mean status updates about female periods ?
You never came back. So i'm curious.

Omg talk about over-reaction (especially comparing it with diarrhoea). Where's the mindset that it's their profile they can write what they want?
I've never made a bloody status but I can see that changing . |

It's vile! Never done it and never will. I don't find it necessary to tell everyone whether I can or cannot play due to ANY bodily function! Lol
Wonder if the same people would post a similar status if they had the shits? Doubt it lol |

Isn't it more a warning try your 1 line message if you dare but caution I may be "Random and Angry"
I believe I have 'Random and Angry' figured out anyway,
Women are in charge because they have for the want of a better word 'the pussy' as long as they have that they run the world.
During the monthly cycle this entire defence mechanism breaks down so increase the aggression in their mood to keep us on our toes and too busy to realise Olympus gas fallen, |

No, but Jesus wept: do we need to divulge the minutiae of our lives to all and sundry?!! A little decorum wouldn't go amiss. |

Some would I'm sure, their quest for attention and overriding belief everyone is fascinated by them. |

I do not think of periods as "taboo", nor do I think they are anything that we should be worried about discussing if needed, but to me there are something that don't NEED to be shared with the general public.
But then to be honest, I think that about many things people have as status updates and post in the forum. |

Yes there is - that way blokes - who don't often read profiles, can see if someone is available to play. I see no problem with that. |

"not all fems have periods, mrs swinger has had a histo due to cancer, she is allfine now, but no periods, its awesome "
Wow.
She must be so happy that having cancer and losing her womb means that you now get sex every single day.
That must be the most heartless, tasteless post I've ever seen. Ever. |

Perhaps we could ask the site to add a new feature whereby a large red dot comes up next to the username if the painters are in?
It could be switched on and off on peoples profiles manually, or you enter the last date of your period and it automatically work it out for you if you're regular. |

Yes I agree it is. Just reading the word fems started to irritate as it's a pet hate of mine, but sadly the rest of it was very tasteless |

Unfortunately I would then get messages saying 'so can I f*ck you up the arse instead?' so gave it up as a bad job. |

I'm old skool in that some things don't need to be announced to the world/ everyone/ complete strangers.
Make no mistake, i grew up with female siblings, so i have no problem with period blood. I just think, like someone else mentioned above, some things are probably best left unsaid (unless asked)
Anyway, do what's best for you i suppose. |

Nothing wrong with thinking outside 'the box'
Shocking the messages some people send |
