Hello my names Russ and I'm a night worker.

It all started 16 months ago and I've been doing it ever since.

I know it's a poisonous addiction and I'm ashamed but I'm here tonight to share my problem with you fellow night workers and hopefully rid myself if this disease

im up decorating living room ,any 1 no of a good electrician bulbs keep blowing have changed light bulbs so often but same thing ,,,only workin from lamp ,,,vry scary indeed ,,,,
