Chicken in a bag

Has anyone cooked chicken breasts in a bag? I like it, through them into the bag add the spices, then through in a couple of onions and peppers cook for 40 minutes

I prefer fish this way..

Bed of fennel with lemon slices, dash of white wine and cherry tomatoes

Love it.....chicken or fish. Keeps it lovely and moist. mmmmm moist...love that word!!! lol.
