I am very very lucky indeed; mine has always got to full size and feels very hard considering it is only blood pressure holding it up. The desirability of the lady or sexiness of the circumstances only affects the time taken to get erect.

100% agree. How hard you are is directly related to how aroused you are. Many things can have an effect on arousal levels however I suspect the key ones when swinging will be nerves and possibly guilt...
