If I was buggered I don't think I would e able to sleep either... Or walk for that matter.
Have a warm glass of milk and an Oreo, it works for my daughters! |

I disliked shifts in general, they played havoc with my social life, nights were the worst though, left me feeling fatigued miserable and very tetchy,
ohwait thats just my normal personality,,

Ahhh night shift blues... I feel your pain!
My technique is to lie in as long as possible the morning of the first night, then stay awake the rest of the day / night - no napping in breaks! - then masturbate furiously when I get home so I'm exhausted and fall asleep!!!!!
I finished a run of nights yesterday morning and doing a late shift today
