I know, this one has bugged me for months now.
It seems my regular 8 hours has retimed to 6 hours. So if I go to bed at anytime I wake either after 6 or during the might a few times so the total is 6.
I have no idea how to get back to 8, other than a couple of hours after lunch like an old man ... And my boss at work is not happy with that idea.
So, I am permanently tired!

I rarely do the afternoon nap thing as im either working or looking after my child.
I think im just struggling because its lighter nights and even lighter mornings. I do have blackout linings to my curtains but its like my body just knows its not dark outside grr |
