Please please can you accurately explain why this is so if it is as necessary as you imply? Are eggs not just eggs as long as they are below the relevant temperature for incubation??? |

There are a few reasons. One is that most people store them in the fridge door, which is the worst place as they are subjected to temperature change every time the door is opened and closed, if you're going to keep them in the fridge, put them at the back where the temperature is much more constant. (Same goes for milk)
Another reason is when cooking straight from the fridge the yolk is more likely to break due to the bigger temperature difference and also may not be cooked to a high enough temperature thus posing a salmonella risk.

Always have a selection of Slimming Worlds Hi fi bars and Coconut Muller Light for me Lurpack and cheese for Tony and Rustlers burgers (gross) for stepsons delicate palate!!! |
