Obviously the one who scores the most points, but....
Man City have done strong business, and will be contenders. Things seem to have calmed down since Mancini has gone
Chelsea have the Special One back, but still now world class striker
Man Utd have Golum as manager, and he's already started with the conspiracy theories. I think the job is too big for him and he will have his head buried in Fergies drinks cabinet by mid season.
Arsenal have the biggest bank balance, and plan to keep it that way, no spending= no chance.
Spurs have gone out and bought well and look to get the CL spot they crave.
My predictions...
Man City
Chelsea
Man U
Spurs

I'm a Liverpool fan and whilst we won't win the league I am happy with the progression we are making in terms of buying players with potential.
Jose is bound to show his true colours soon and his biggest mistake was not clearing the old guard out. I suspect it was because Rafa had started doing it so he didn't want to be seen to just be finishing off his job.
Moyes is not going to get the players playing for him like AF did so they will be shown up for the average team they are.
The way City have bought I can only see the title going there...
Spurs and Arsenal will have their usual bus parade for finishing 4th and 5th again.
But it's certainly one of the most exciting seasons in terms of there is no clear favourite....

I think the Gunners will win out beause
special one (never go back)
Moyes (impossible act to follow)
City (new guy needs time)
Arsenal, wenger years of experience, qualified for ECL 15 straight years, new ground with large capacity, little debt, loyal patient supporters.
Im having a small bet they will do the ECL and Premiership double (and Im a Liverpool fan).
A great footballing club. |

Arsenal are a business they set out each season to make huge profits and they do.
They will struggle to stay in the top 4 with the current lack of investment. As always they are 3 players away from a title challenge.
