just bought my ticket to get back from hols to UK. When I printed out the ticket I noticed my name was wrong. They want to charge me €110 to change it - ticket cost €97. Dont you just love them! oh well, another lost customer!

I flew with them for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It's safe to say I will NEVER book with them again. I'd rather pay alittle more and not be stressed

bought a train ticket for £11 and a ferry one for £24 - takes a bit longer

still in France btw for another few days
