I saw a report today that Red Bull took legal action against a small Norwich micro-brewery. The Norwich organisation is called Redwell.
Red Bull was arguing that the name dilutes their brand!
They have now dropped the action but be careful not to use red in your name.
In other news, Judicial Review has been granted to determine where Richard III's remains will finally end up.
What state have we got to where a judge has to decide where the bones end up?
And finally,
Lord Judge has retired. It always made me chuckle that the Lord Chief Justice happened to be named Judge.
