I found a scorpion. Or at least it has a big stingy tail thing that sticks up every time I go to throw it out of the office.
The reason I am happy is that the 6 girls I work with are screaming and being drama bishes. |

Has a concern last night with a swollen area in the privates. Straight to quacks this am and appears to be fine. So yeah that's made us both happy, would have been better if it was a particular oriental female doc and not swiss tony.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
Switching on the television to find Danny Kaye's Wonder Man. It's grey and drizzly and feels like my childhood school holidays. I've abandoned working for a while.
The other thing that made me happy was finding some novelty knickers. I now have the perfect gift for a female friend I am seeing tomorrow. |

Are they elephant face knickers? Or do they play a tune when they get damp? |

I didn't see those. Would the tune be the Dam Busters? |

I mentioned to my ex-husband I missed his cooking, especially his oxtail. He's a vegan now but has cooked me up a feast of West Indian food: jerk pork, oxtail, cow foot soup, roast breadfruit, ackee and saltfish.
I know, I'm easily pleased! |

No fried plantain? I wonder if I can get my father to make bake, saltfish stew and friend plantain? I'll say it's for the children. |

Somebody gave me a ticket for the first day of the final Test match at the Oval next week. Oh and tomorrow I'm going to play with the new Jag F type !!! If that doesn't leave me with a silly grin that will last a week I'll be very surprised. Only thing that could top it would be a rampant weekend with a nubile lady....like that's gonna happen .. |

"My complaint being upheld by the bank and getting £50 compo "
Lol!
I did that once they offered £50 too my thought process was:
"hmmm a Bank with all their billions..if theyre offering that straight out how much will they give me if I play hard ball?"
I wrote back rejecting it.
They wrote back and withdrew their offer! |

My 4yr old son on the phone first thing this morning explaining how he'd love to show me how to open a door with a card (monsters inc style) but he'd lost the card. Then called back ten minutes later because he'd found it again and made me "watch" down the phone and try it exactly as he showed me. It's made me chuckle all day thinking about it. |

Virgin have given me BT Sport too. I don't want it. Do you think they could make me happy and swap it for something I do want? |

He gave me the plantain to fry myself as I never buy that stuff. |

Bought a Fender Jaguar Special HH electric guitar from Cash Converters for a knock off price.
Found out that not only was it worth close to a grand, I checked its serial number and found out it was only made at the highly regarded Fuji-gen plant in Japan in the mid nineties, so I practically have a true vintage classic that is worth more than the pawn shop realised!
...AND it plays like a dream |

I've just checked my bank account and a client has paid me even though the invoice was only submitted two days ago.
The kids are back for a week and looking brown and healthy and giving me lots of hugs and kisses.

Two things
1) Spending all day with our lad having fun
2) Having one of our pictures pulled from here - to be fair it possibly was too rude although it was originally approved. It did give us a good chuckle for a while being told we were "A Bit too rude for Fab" |
