I just want to ask that has anyone here had moment on here when you send a message to a friend (even if its just to say hello), you find the message deleted without a reply?
I'm just asking because its just happened to me and I don't understand why. |

Yes, it happens. Don't stress it.
It may well have been deleted in an inbox clear out (mass delete) it may well be because they don't feel the need to reply, or it could even just be that they don't reply via messages and will get back to you when it suits them.
If it bothers you, maybe you need to develop a bit more resilience as it will happen on here. |

We have all been in a situation like this. It is part and parcel of the site. |

is it me or are all these posts beginning to sound a bit 'samey' and not very interesting either!
the only person who would know why your message got deleted would be the person who deleted it...did they read it first? if so send another and ask why...who knows you might get a reply! |

If it is one of your friends, it was more than likely a mistake. Why not mail and ask them? If they delete that one, they are probably not the best friend material. |

Was it really a panic?
I have a friend on my list that rarely replies to messages on here, if I really wanna chat with him, I text or call him.

You're a payer. So am I right in presuming you can see if a message has been read or deleted? Hijacking your post slightly us scumbag none-payers seem to have very recently lost this privilege.
Also: have you had much of an exchange of messages with this 'friend'? I think some women revelling in the attention may bulk accept friends invites. Bear in mind they've got blokes seeking NSA sex coming at them thick and fast. |
