getting myself in the mindset for an arguement

found out this morning that admiral (my car insurer)had taken out some money that I was sure they shouldn't have....
so it being thursday I geared myself up... gave them a call
being the nice people I apologised in advance (something I have learnt since being here) and I wasn't aiming any abuse at the messenger
went thru issue... guy agreed... said it was their fault... apologised! said he would sort it and money given back to me.....
also said they would take that payment as a sorry off the years insurance....
stunned... happy.... stunned
soooo I now need a quarrel with someone, I feel as if I have deprived and I can't take it out on "pocket planes" (my new ipad addiction)
I feel like the bloke in the monty python sketch....
