Currently have a batch of sweetcorn in the oven baking or is it dehydrating? Will eventually be dry fried and ground to make partched corn which some seem to rave about on the bushcraft forums as an ultimate trail food. I have to say I'm yet to be convinced but always happy to experiment. |
