I have only had these when I'm quite stressed or dehydrated. When I do get them they don't half make my head pound. Feels like I'm going to blow some blood vessels! |

Yes I've had them was worried for a bit thought it maybe something I had to live with for ever ! Used to take loads of pain killers before play that helped ... But thankfully not had one for some time ! And reading the other posts has made me realise it must have been stress ! As I was at the time ! |

yeah i get them, sometimes theyre that bad ill be curled up clutching my head.
longest one lasted for about ten mins.
scary stuff if you dont know about them
ive found breathing properly while playing helps, i tend to hold my breath a lot. i guess it can have an cause inter-cranial hyyper tension or something  |
