I wouldn't have called it 'romantic', but Obi made me a breakfast of pancakes, strawberries and chocolate sauce and served it to me in bed the other day - even though half of it was nearly a week out of date!! |

Not 'romantic' either, but even although we've been separated 4 years, my ex still brings me a 'goodie bag' when I'm ill.
Usually, flowers, chocolate, little bottle of wine and a magazine.
Nice after all these years |

"I can't remember the last time I was on the receiving end of a romantic gesture."
you poor ladies! I need to teach some men the dying art of courting flirting and flattering! Seriously...my last date I arrived with flowers, arranged dinner at her fav restaraunt then surprised her with wine and a bonfire in my yard and then a moonlit swim in the pool. |

Aw I must be even luckier than I thought, my man is romantic.
I get surprise little gifts that make me smile.
My Birthday he did a personalised compilation CD and valentines was a gorgeous cuddly cardigan of his so I can wear it like a hug when he's away.
Most other gifts are sex related lol and he is a filthy bad man but he definitely picks his moments.

I seem to be on the receiving end of a few romantic gestures recently...
Flowers sent to work
Flowers brought round to the house
Surprise dinners (out and cooked)
A lovely necklace brought back from holiday by a lovely fab member!

"I honestly can not remember the last time I had a romantic gesture, I did receive flowers once for valentines days from a stalker, does that count?? "
The last time I got flowers from a man was at least 12 years ago! |

But is it the same when they were unwanted? They were lovely though! |

"in the 11 year me and mark have been together ive had a bunch of flowers every week bar one and that's when he was in hospital "
As lovely as that is for him to do, to me, when something becomes as regular as that it becomes expected and loses the romantic gesture of it. But that's just me. |

Romantic , romance lmao my ex always thought I was cheating when I bought flowers and chocs.
She might of had a guilty conscious as it turned out she was a bad one and played away.
Still try my best when am with a lady to make her feel special as I don't think all are bad......I hope |

Get them to take you to the lovely hotel I was in the last couple of nights. I wasn't there for romance (or anything Fab related) but I can imagine both in that setting. I enjoyed your city. |

Oh they aren't friends like that. Purely vanilla, although met through Fab! They appreciate cake and coffee just like me! Our mutual friend bought me wine the other week, but that was prior to naughtiness. I'm glad you enjoyed my city, shame we couldn't catch up. |
