And finally find someone in a call centre that wants to go that extra mile and sort the problem out .........................
whoo hooo after having weeks and weeks and weeks of problems with my network dropping on one phone ............ a nice kind lady from 3 gave me the phone number to speak to a nice kind gent who sorted the problem out .................. if you change your sim card cos the network company make you then they should register the new sim card number on your home phone box lol ......................
no more missed calls, texts or anything ... I am back !!!!! lol |

Heck, I'm happy if I just get a call center person that speaks regular English! This broken English with heavy foriegn accent call center trend is killing me! NEVER cal Dell's tech support if you want to resist the urge to shoot yourself. |
