okay.... since I just brought it up in another thread..
I managed to injure myself... dislocated my shoulder... whilst ten pin bowling....
thats me non swinging injury...
my most stupid swinging injury was 8 stitches in the top of my head (no not that one!!!) after a stray kinky boot caught me!!
so what are your most silly swinging and non swinging injuries....
p.s not taking having a foot run over... I have done that as well!!!  |

fell up the stairs and broke my thumb.... and injured and bruised my back after a guy thought it was a good idea to pull me off the side of the hot tub...... i was not amused lol  |

I sprained my ankle really badly just last week while rushing down the steps outside my front door trying to get the bins out before the lorry left. Stacked it right in front of everyone too, was pretty embarrassing.  |

I cracked a rib and was in agony for a few weeks. Then banged my head against the fireplace and ended up with a dent and a bruise. He was told to be a bit more gentle after that |

I used to wear a full length trench coat everywhere, eventualy a tear in the lining appeared right at the bottom of one of coat tails. One night when locking up after work I got my foot caught in it and tore the tendons. I couldn't walk for 10 days thereafter. |

i broke my back on my jetski had to have metal rods plates and screws in it and on my motorbike i had to have took out a carpal bone took out and half my radius bone out my arm and metal plates in my right leg i am now a walking metal man |

I tore all the ligaments around my knee whilst trying to open a sash window whilst stood on a sofa (said window was painted shut I soon found out)
I've damaged the ligaments in my thumb falling down the stairs sober and bare foot!
I've fallen up the stairs in heels whilst holding a glass of wine and didn't spill a drop
Last week I was stupidly clumsy... In a space of 24 hours I cut my toe open on the wardrobe, stubbed my big toe taking the bins out, tripped up getting into bed, burnt my thumb on pizza and cut my hip on a door handle!! |

ha Naughty bets all those..jumps out of bed with cramp steps on Coke bottle slips and breaks the small bone in her leg...A&E needed 3 weeks to spot the break ... next one she slips in her heels falls and shoulder out..the list is endless...some are fun some are upppssss that hurts Relaxed |

Had my little finger dislocated by a friend in the throws of passion at Cupids a couple of months ago - stuck out at a very odd angle and wouldn't pop back in for love nor money (or painkillers and alcohol!!).

Had to fix leak in loft ex wife nagged so much i went in loft which was not boarded at time i was nude and was in bad mood i lost balance went through roof legs either side of beam lots of blood and splinters in places you can only imagine was in hospital two weeks due to complications. Ex wife was bothered about the mess lol |

Ive been covered in bruises through pole dancing.
Broken my toes as a shoe came flying off when I was running.
Pulled my Achilles tendon and had my leg in plaster.

Broke my collar bone while trying to prove I could still use a skateboard. As it turns out I couldn't.

Was useing a angle grinder when it kicked and hit me in the balls.

When I was a kid I injured my knee badly. I was busy trying to kick my brother in the nuts, when the git reacted more quickly than I thought possible. He grabbed my foot and yanked it, so I went down on my knee. 2 weeks off school, a month off PE.  |

I dislocated my shoulder several years ago falling over our open oven door.
Only swinging injury was Andy badly spraining his ankle falling down the bottom three stairs of someone's very steep staircase. Me and a very good friend of ours both think he broke it!! |

When I was younger I fell off my bike and broke my leg. Had a full cast on. When I turned 21 hospital realised my leg had not been set straight. Major knee surgery I now have 5 staples and a plate in.
Bent down to put a plate on the table and put my back out 1 month off work. Lol.  |

Had a garage fall on my head! Well, a beam from a concrete sectional garage to be exact. It fell from one end and landed on me as I was walking past so I took a lot of the force away. Went to hospital and had a four inch long gash superglued up! |

Not had a swinging injury yet apart from carpet burns to my knees and they don't count.
Non swinging injury was to my eye, I was in a foul mood on my way to work, I stopped at a cash machine only for my mountain bike to fall over. I picked it up in an even worse mood and the handlebar end hit me just under my right eye, small cut and a nice black eye after that I wascin a slightly less angry mood LoL. |

Broke my foot walking home after a few drinks a few weekends ago. Only twisted on it so how I ended up breaking a bone I don't know.
I wasn't swinging but I once got a little too ambitious whilst fucking doggy and on the out stroke went a little too far, cock popped out, moved a bit to left and I tried to ram back in full speed where there was no hole Instant major pain, egg sized lump under my balls, loss of erection. My strangest injury was caused by me literally crossing the cross and tearing my hamstring.
I haven't had any swinging related injuries but my OH did fall out of a hottub. The position he was in, one leg stuck over with his backside and all his bits showing wasn't exactly the most flattering. He had huge bruises on the back of his legs |

2 fractured wrists, various abrasions which were deep enough to require hospital attention, wrecked several hundreds of pounds clothing and bike - riding no handed and adjusting my MP3 player. (Actually had more injuries in that accident than I did the 2 times I've been hit by cars )
4 months of pain, at one point unable to walk more than 50 metres without stopping to recover, several weeks of 2 or 3 Osteopath sessions a week - put my back out being sick while d*unk. |

Non-swinging I accidentally got a major degree burn form scolding my thumb/index finger whilst making up one of my babies bottles recently

Dislocated jaw from a football. Snapped finger tips from a basketball. Chipped tooth from another football. And people wonder why I don't play any sports.
Wife broke her wrist turning around at the top of the stairs and hitting the banister. And also roller-skating. She has also snapped her coccyx falling of a horse.

Non swinging related, fractured my right arm in 6 places whilst my push bike on the lawn, wasn't right for years and still swells up occasionally meaning a hospital stay each time 
crashed a motorbike on the same lawn when the throttle stuck and badly cut my leg required numerous stitches at A&E.
Whilst Helping my dad and a some corogated steel fell down and cut my face again stitches at A&E I've got a big file down there now!

Trying to climb out my attic I fell onto the ladder which I fell off, stood up, tripped over the leg of the ladder and fell all the way down my stairs knocking myself out on the front door and cracking 3 ribs... ouch!
