my um makes a wonderful queens pudding which is my favourite
for those who have never sampled it is like an egg custard with breadcrumbs in, layer of strawberry/raspberry jam and topped with merangue!

Having read through the list of all the yummy puddings mentioned in this thread I can honestly say,,,, I’m more confused than ever as to which would be my favourite…..  |

Trifle or cheescake or anything stodgy and sweet with custard
Love deserts,the deserts in a restaurant determine what I have as main course because if they're good ill eat a smaller main to leave room for it  |
