You forum items have helped me out loads of times and need help again... I put my house on market and had offer which I've accepted... Yey.... I've never done sold or bought house through estate agent before so does anyone know of any good solicitors. I'm in the Warrington area. Thanks |

I hear what you are saying but I would ask family and friends first and if you choose the estate agents own ask for references and check them out. In the wrong hand it can cost a fortune and leave you with a worthless home.
