So come on men, how DO you handle it?

What about some, how do you cope if you suffer from it, or someone close to you does?

With my 17 year old I just ignore it, after-all it will pass.

been lucky that in 30 yrs the OH hasn't had it..

suspect I would buy lots of chocolate and give soothing massages saying 'there, there, my precious'..

or would hide in my garage..

I look really busy.. paint something and generally hide in garage.. she is mental.. the thing that gets me .. it's always a suprise to her.. where as I so know whats coming... go figure..

Never lived with anyone who suffered from it in a large way, but have to say option 1 is very dangerous as chocolate and soothing massages put you within stabbing range... every man needs a shed, garage, boat, somewhere else to be

Ah it's easy we both eat sensibly no Crisps choc sweeties or junk food except for pmt week then I let Jayne have every naughty thing she wants for the whole week it works great and the week after I just work the hell out of her down the gym lol
