None for me

Broken my foot and stuck in a cast. Best I can do is stuff at home like press-ups, chin-ups, pull-ups and some basic shoulder stuff with a few weights I have here.

So damn bored and this is only week one of four to six weeks in a cast

Had planned too, along with the 30 mile commute on the bike and probably a 5km run home from the gym to sweat out the weekends excesses but have the dreaded man flu

Quit your jibba jabba!!

Man up and get yourself back to the gym

In fact run it, it'll warm the legs up more and also give everyone else that's out and about something to have a laugh at whilst you run along going 'ooh, ahhh, ouch, the pain....etc'

DOMS pain is totally different than having your rear end whipped until its pink Maybe you just need to try combining the two pains. Next legs day take someone along to whip your arse every time you squat. Maybe that'll make BDSM more pleasurable for you
