None for me
Broken my foot and stuck in a cast. Best I can do is stuff at home like press-ups, chin-ups, pull-ups and some basic shoulder stuff with a few weights I have here.
So damn bored and this is only week one of four to six weeks in a cast |

Had planned too, along with the 30 mile commute on the bike and probably a 5km run home from the gym to sweat out the weekends excesses but have the dreaded man flu |
