I like to keep things mixed up. I do a lot of cycling to keep the fitness levels up but I throw HIT sessions in in the gym as well. Particularly like doing tabatas on the ergo.
Also do resistance workouts to maintain a bit of bulk but then I mix these up too a bit and after a chest workout I might put say 20kg on the bar of a smiths machine and see how fast I can do 100reps.
Did crossfit for a bit and the WODs on those can be good for a laugh too. You can find WODs online (Workout of the day). |
