Just been down to feed and water my sister's chickens as she is away for a week and got 2 llittle bantam eggs.
Oh yummy I though when I saw them, that's breakfast sorted. Only now I the thought of eating them is making me gip cos they are all warm |

Eggs are better stored at room temperature than in the fridge. They won't spoil and will cook better. |

Likely warm because the hens laid them in the nesting box half asleep and stayed put - not because she's just squeezed one out. |
